  I would highly recommend Teresa and the Reflection Cleaning Services Team to anyone looking for cleaning services. Teresa helped me out in a time of desperate need on the day I phoned. The team dropped everything and appeared ready for action and worked tirelessly around builders still finishing off bits and pieces in our new offices. Teresa then worked to establish a daily cleaning system in 2 locations at an extremely high level which worked perfectly. Will I have the same cleaner every time?

We aim to allocate the same person to carry out office cleaning for your premises on a regular basis. However, if your office/building is bigger and requires a team of cleaners, we will allocate at least one of them to be the same every time. In case anything changes, for example if your designated office cleaner falls sick, goes on holiday, or their personal circumstances change, we will inform you in advance.

Do you provide cleaning materials?

We can provide cleaning materials and equipment upon request and subject to availability. We offer a range of office cleaning solutions and can advise on what’s best for your space. We can also supply equipment.

Can you clean a small office?

We welcome customers regardless of their size. We will be happy to arrange a weekly or daily office cleaning service even for smaller offices. Our services are always subject to availability, however our friendly customer service team can check and let you know when they process your inquiry.

Can you supply eco-friendly cleaning materials?

Reflections Cleaning encourages customers to use eco-friendly cleaning materials in line with our sustainability policy. We have established good relationships with quality suppliers of eco-friendly solutions for office cleaning, which are not only good for the environment, but better for your staff and visitors too.

Do you do site visits?

We will be happy to send one of our representatives to have a look at your premises and provide advice on your cleaning needs. You can also send us pictures, videos or floor plans of your property so we can give you a rough estimate of the fees. Contact us today to find out more.
